Free shipping for all orders. The exception is for orders that ONLY include free gift products.

Our orders mainly use USPS, FedEx, DHL Paket and other international standard express. The specific transportation method is not fixed, it mainly depends on your location.
This depends on where you are located. Usually delivered within 5-7 working days.
After shipping out, customers will receive a shipping confirmation E-mail, with tracking number included. And you can directly click on the number to track.

Customers will receive a confirmation E-mail to certify that we have confirmed your order.
It usually takes 1 to 2 business days for processing and then it will be shipped out.
After shipping out, customers will receive a shipping confirmation E-mail, with tracking number included.
If you do not receive any confirmation, please contact us

* Only unshipped orders may be cancelled.

* If you want to cancel the order completely before shipping, please contact us.

* If you cancel before your order is dispatched you will receive a full refund.

* If your items have already been sent then your order can no longer be canceled.
Please follow the returns process once your order arrives and please note your delivery fee will not be refunded.

Please be sure to check your email within 24 hours of placing your order.
We will do everything we can to fufill your order.

* Only unshipped orders can be modified.

* If you want to make any changes before shipping, such as modifying shipping details, changing product preferences, please contact us.

* If your items have already been sent then your order can no longer be changed.

* Order amendments need to be submitted as soon as possible to avoid items have already been sent!
